Second Animation Project

A simple animation of rain and lightning in a city. The rain took me a while to get right because it would keep crashing when I tried to export it.
The rain is a continuous loop that moves down the frame. I used an Adobe premade asset for the city background.

Lightning whith a transparent white square on top of the frame to look like it was bright.
